When it comes to the self styled King of pop Michael Jackson- there´s always controversy. But you can´t accuse him of being shy- following years of money going out of the door on pet projects and Neverland, the most famous Jackson is keen on seeing the cash roll in the other way- his new world tour in 2010 has already sold out in London. The rumours are spreading that he is also looking at a casino project in Las Vegas based on his "Thriller" song- the smash hit from 1982.
The casino plans follow his 50-date UK tour, a brand new album and several films, all of which are happening over the next 12 year. He is reported to be a staggering $100 to $300 million in the red, so he could do with the readies.
The Thriller casino will feature zombies playing slots and “the living dead” cruising around the casino at night (which of course is 24 hours a day in Vegas)
The singer will embark on a 3 year world tour after the London concerts come to an end in March 2010.
Jacko has been sued by scores of former associates and had to sell his Neverland Ranch last year. His London concerts should net him around £100m, and all in his new projects could net him £500m.
